Rules for using VibeMatch

Terms of Service

These terms set expectations for the VibeMatch browser extension, website, account services, and future paid features.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using VibeMatch, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Do not use VibeMatch if you do not agree. You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter an agreement, and eligible to use Tinder in your location.

2. What VibeMatch provides

VibeMatch is a desktop browser extension that applies user-configured Basic and Pro AI filters to profile information available on Tinder. Based on your settings, it can automate Like or Dislike actions and display session progress, controls, and history.

Current commercial status: the Chrome Web Store listing and Stripe checkout are not public. This website does not sell a subscription or collect payment.

3. Independent product

VibeMatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tinder or Match Group. Tinder is a third-party service with its own terms, policies, technical controls, and account rules. You are responsible for deciding whether and how your use of VibeMatch complies with those rules and applicable law.

Tinder can change its website, APIs, product behavior, or access rules at any time. Those changes may interrupt or disable part of VibeMatch without notice.

4. Your account and security

  • Provide an email address you control when email verification is requested.
  • Keep sign-in links, browser sessions, and account access private.
  • Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Do not create accounts or sessions to bypass usage, trial, or security controls.

You are responsible for activity performed through your browser and VibeMatch account unless applicable law states otherwise.

5. Automation and AI limitations

You choose the active filters, thresholds, and limits. VibeMatch applies those settings, but profile information can be missing, inaccurate, outdated, or ambiguous. Automated and AI analysis can misclassify a photo or profile. Review your settings, use conservative limits, and use Pause or Stop when results do not match your intent.

VibeMatch does not guarantee matches, replies, compatibility, dates, relationships, Tinder account availability, or any other dating outcome. It does not perform identity, background, age, or safety verification. Use Tinder's safety tools and your own judgment.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use VibeMatch to:

  • Harass, discriminate unlawfully, stalk, exploit, or harm another person.
  • Republish, sell, scrape in bulk, or build a separate dataset of dating profiles.
  • Identify a person, perform surveillance, or infer highly sensitive facts unlawfully.
  • Bypass Tinder, Chrome, VibeMatch, billing, rate, quota, or security controls.
  • Operate another person's account without clear authorization.
  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or introduce malicious code into the service.
  • Use the product for commercial lead generation or any unlawful purpose.

7. Free, trial, and future Pro access

The intended Free experience includes an opportunity to try Pro AI filters. After that trial, Free continues with Basic filters and a daily usage limit. Exact active allowances and feature availability are shown by the backend-owned catalog in the extension and may change for future tariff versions.

If Pro billing launches, the checkout flow will state the exact price, currency, billing interval, included features, trial terms if any, and renewal terms before you authorize a payment. Paid subscriptions may renew until canceled as disclosed at checkout. OurRefund & Cancellation Policy will apply together with any mandatory consumer rights.

8. Product changes and availability

We may add, remove, or change features to improve safety, reliability, compliance, or product usefulness. We may suspend access for maintenance, third-party changes, abuse, legal risk, or security reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Ownership and feedback

VibeMatch and its software, brand, interface, and original content are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the product as offered. They do not transfer ownership.

If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve VibeMatch without payment or an obligation to implement it. You keep ownership of content you submit and remain responsible for having the right to submit it.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, VibeMatch is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties that can legally be disclaimed. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, VibeMatch is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for actions taken by Tinder or other users. Any limitation will be applied only as far as local law permits.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using VibeMatch and remove the extension at any time. We may limit or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the service. Terms that logically survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and unresolved payment obligations, remain effective.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the product and applicable requirements change. We will post the updated date and may provide additional notice for material changes. Mandatory consumer law in your location continues to apply.
